Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

You have [30] days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them
In original packaging with tags/labels attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items: [e.g. sale items, custom/personalized items, digital products, gift cards] — please note which apply to you.

Undeliverable and unclaimed packages
If a package is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or not picked up/redelivery was not scheduled within the carrier's required window, we will notify you by email. You will have 7 days to request reshipment (return shipping charges apply) or a refund. Refunds for undeliverable returns will have the original outbound shipping cost and any return-to-sender fee charged by the carrier deducted from the refund amount. If we do not hear back within 30 days of the package being returned to us, the order will be treated as abandoned and no refund will be issued.

How to Start a Return

Email us at studiolibro@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
Ship the item back to the address we provide. [Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.]

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [7–30 business days]. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within [30] days of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
